The Sound of the Lord
But Isaiah is talking about the human voices rising from the House of God. He is talking about one single coordinated cry emanating from the earth. But He calls it, The Sound of the Lord. And that is a powerful statement. The Sound of the Lord repaying His enemies, breaking the structures of darkness, weakening the structures of Satan to resist. The Sound of the Lord is the sound of people gathered in the temple. The sound of God’s people lifting their voices from the earth, is the Sound of the Lord. It is a certain frequency that has to go up from the earth. It is prophetically decreed. It has been described by Isaiah. He heard that sound. He heard that sound in the Spirit. It is a frequency he called The Sound of the Lord. And as a Congress we have to discover the authenticity and the exactness of that frequency. I want that frequency emanating from the Congress when we come to the great Global Governmental Prayer Event. We have to discover what Isaiah prophesied. WE have to emit the frequency that our brother called: The Sound of the Lord.

A summons has come forth from God and He’s summoning warriors. He is summoning warriors, His warriors to carry out His wrath. And His warriors are those who rejoice in God’s triumph, God’s purpose coming to pass in the midst of the earth. And Isaiah prophesies, he says: “Listen! I hear a noise in the mountains, it sounds like that of a great multitude.” “Listen!” He says, “There is an uproar among the kingdoms, like nations massing together. The Lord Almighty is mustering an army for war! They are coming to Him from faraway lands…from the ends of the heavens. The Lord and the weapons of His wrath, to destroy the whole country.” This is a prophetic description of Dimensional War.

Raise a banner on a bare hilltop
Lift your voice and make a sound
Here comes the multitude across the mountains
In whom no compromise can be found

The Lord of Hosts – He is mustering an army
From the ends of the earth we come
Tumultuous noise of the kingdoms of nations
Gathered together – here we come!

We will arise!
So let our enemies be scattered
We will arise!
So let the wicked be driven away
Shout it aloud!
And declare His Kingdom is coming
Unleash the decree, the battle is won
On earth as in heaven
Let Your will be done
